Establishing the digital foundations for connected, citizen-centric government services in Morocco.
As part of Morocco’s national digital strategy, Speedykom worked with the Ministry of Digital Transition and GIZ to establish a cross-government interoperability framework. The goal was to dismantle digital silos, modernize legacy registries, and enable seamless, secure data exchange across ministries. By embedding governance, open standards, and reusability into national digital architecture, this project laid the groundwork for scalable digital services and inclusive service delivery.
Moroccan ministries operated with fragmented systems, legacy registries, and bespoke integrations. This caused delays in delivering public services, duplicate data collection, and poor coordination across government agencies. Without a unifying framework for interoperability and service registries, the public sector faced growing technical debt and user frustration.
Speedykom co-designed and implemented a national interoperability framework grounded in GovStack principles and international standards. The project included:
